CLM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CLM implementations, including management of client relationships, delivery teams, timelines, and budgets
• Configure and develop solutions across leading CLM and digital contracting platforms such as Ironclad, DocuSign, and Agiloft
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable contract lifecycle solutions
• Partner with clients to gather, refine, and document business requirements
• Produce high-quality deliverables including business process maps, user stories, and solution designs
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements using Agile methodologies
• Support and mentor team members within a collaborative environment
• Assist with pre-sales efforts including solution design and proposal development
• Develop and deliver end-user training and enablement materials

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working with business stakeholders to implement technology solutions
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, implementation delivery, solution architecture, or business analysis within CLM or SaaS environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CLM platforms such as Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, or Agiloft
