Clinician Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical mentorship, onboarding, and coaching of clinicians
• Serve as site supervisor for Michener Chiropody student placements
• Audit treatment plans and clinical case studies to ensure brand integrity
• Resolve client concerns to maintain high NPS scores
• Coach clinicians on integrated product and service recommendations to hit revenue targets
• Represent the clinical voice in L10 strategic meetings
• Perform clinical practice and direct patient care

Requirements

• Registered Chiropodist (D.Ch) or Podiatrist in good standing with COCOO
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and accountability
• Ability to interpret clinical data and scorecards
• Strong collaborative skills to work with Client Experience teams
• Ability to maintain presence in Toronto and Mississauga flagship locations
