About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and case management services to assigned participants
- Conduct individual and group therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
- Manage crisis intervention and coordination of therapeutic services
- Provide team leadership for a multidisciplinary treatment team
- Offer clinical training and support for staff members
- Handle administrative duties, including benefits management and financial information
- Coordinate supported employment activities where applicable
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field
- Social Worker licensure or eligibility for licensure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with benefits and supported employment
- Experience working with the specific participant population (adults living with SMI or SPMI)
