About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and case management services to assigned participants
  • Conduct individual and group therapy, assessments, and treatment planning
  • Manage crisis intervention and coordination of therapeutic services
  • Provide team leadership for a multidisciplinary treatment team
  • Offer clinical training and support for staff members
  • Handle administrative duties, including benefits management and financial information
  • Coordinate supported employment activities where applicable

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field
  • Social Worker licensure or eligibility for licensure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with benefits and supported employment
  • Experience working with the specific participant population (adults living with SMI or SPMI)
