Crossroads is a leader in treating women and their families with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. We serve adult women in residential treatment programs, sober living facilities, and outpatient facilities in southern Maine, utilizing evidence-based and trauma-informed care.
Responsibilities
- Complete psycho-social evaluations
- Provide individual and/or group therapy in IOP and PHP settings
- Participate in daily rounds and weekly clinical team meetings
- Complete documentation according to agency and licensing standards using electronic health records (EHR)
- Develop and maintain positive internal and external professional relationships
- Participate in agency, program, and external meetings and committees
- Model and support organizational values and commitments
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related area
- Current Clinical Licensure (LCSW, LCPC, CCS, or LADC)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a clinical or residential setting
- Experience treating Substance Use Disorders and Trauma
- Proficiency with electronic health records, email, and office software
