About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient counseling services to adults, children, adolescents, families, and couples.
  • Lead Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups as assigned.
  • Develop therapeutic relationships and implement appropriate clinical interventions.
  • Conduct intakes, assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning using evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain thorough clinical documentation and progress notes in accordance with requirements.
  • Monitor client needs and coordinate services with state, federal, and local agencies.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related discipline (e.g., MA, MC, MSW).
  • Arizona behavioral health license (LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LAC, etc.) or eligibility for licensure from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license and ability to meet company driving policies.
  • Ability to perform First Aid or CPR.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain one within 7 days of hire).
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and TB test.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience treating co-occurring disorders.
  • Previous experience in behavioral health settings.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records, specifically NextGen.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili, or ASL).
