About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of highly specialist psychological assessments and interventions
- Provide clinical supervision and consultation to colleagues and partner agencies
- Take a senior role in managing complex cases and risk assessments
- Deliver offence-specific therapeutic interventions and treatments
- Chair and facilitate complex case reviews and multi-agency meetings
- Contribute to service development, policy review, and research initiatives
- Communicate complex psychological formulations and treatment plans effectively within the multidisciplinary team
Requirements
- Doctoral-level training in Clinical or Forensic Psychology (BPS accredited)
- Current HCPC registration
- Experience working with complex cases and challenging behaviours
- Strong communication, leadership, and consultation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Post-doctoral training in specialist areas
- Experience in service development and policy implementation
- Leadership or management qualification
