Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and ongoing support for new clinical users to ensure effective platform navigation
• Develop support workflows and documentation to improve response times and scalability
• Gather feedback from frontline healthcare professionals to identify pain points and drive usability improvements
• Assist in the implementation of new clinical features by providing real-world insights and testing workflows
• Leverage clinical experience to create solutions that support clinicians and ease documentation burdens

Requirements

• Clinical background as an NP, APRN, RN, or CRNA
• Nursing experience, preferably in internal medicine or a hospital setting
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience with 2-3 years total clinical experience
• Experience supporting clinicians or end-users with clinical technology
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail for configuring clinical templates and order sets

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong experience in hospital environments with a focus on internal medicine
