Clinical Trials Material Technician QC

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize department workload to ensure accurate shipment of laboratory test kits and ancillary supplies.
• Assemble visit-specific kits from QLIMS kit building orders and monitor work orders in the laboratory information system.
• Generate requisitions, labels, and procedural instructions, ensuring accurate association and distribution.
• Liaise with Project Management and Investigator Service groups to establish shipping and logistics priorities.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) to verify visit-specific kits against contents sheets, shipping documentation, and investigator manuals.
• Record errors in logs and highlight them to leadership for remedial action.
• Train new staff on kit building standards and provide leadership to the team in the absence of a supervisor.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with ICH E6 Good Clinical Practice guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of relevant experience (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and good reading ability.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.
