About the role
Responsibilities
- Select and manage CROs and vendors
- Oversee end-to-end project management and operations from site feasibility to study closure
- Manage and achieve key clinical trial milestones
- Draft and review clinical trial documentation
- Manage clinical trial budgets
- Handle domestic communications including MFDS, CRAs, sites, and internal clinical teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or related fields
- 6 to 12 years of clinical trial experience, including at least 3 years of CRA monitoring experience
- Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and KGCP
- Proficiency in English communication
- Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Radiopharmaceutical Therapy clinical operations
- Experience in Phase I clinical trials
- Experience in Oncology clinical operations
