Clinical Trial Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the clinical team regarding timeline adherence and project scope
• Manage operational delivery including site feasibility, selection, and start-up
• Oversee subject enrollment, site engagement, and monitoring execution
• Ensure appropriate communication and oversight by collaborating with sponsors and functional teams
• Participate in sponsor meetings, including bid defenses and kick-off meetings
• Mentor and train team members
• Lead CRAs to ensure high quality oversight of monitoring and regulatory activities
• Identify challenges to study timelines and offer creative action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science or health-related field
• Minimum 5 years of clinical research experience (7 years for Senior level)
• Significant clinical monitoring experience
• Moderate independent field monitoring experience
• Clinical team lead or comparable supervisory experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
• Experience with EDC and eTMF systems
• Availability for domestic and international travel

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of CTM experience at a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech company (for CTM role)
• 4+ years of CTM experience at a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech company (for Senior CTM role)
• Mastery of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidance
• Experience with CTMS, IXRS, and RTSM software
