Clinical Trial Educator

Responsibilities

• Provide information and education on clinical trial inclusion and exclusion criteria to trial coordinators and healthcare providers
• Deliver in-service presentations to increase patient enrollment
• Partner with CRAs and field-based medical teams to develop tailored recruitment plans and ensure optimal trial execution
• Develop referral networks by working with referring physicians and therapeutic area support groups
• Execute patient recruitment activities including referral outreach, chart reviews, and data abstraction
• Manage field-based activities independently with minimal oversight

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in Clinical Research
• Experience in community engagement
• Ability to travel nationwide up to 75%, including overnight stays
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate

Preferred Qualifications

• RN license
• CCRC certification
• Minimum 2 years of Clinical Trial Educator or healthcare education experience
• Experience with Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials
• Business acumen and experience with the selling process
