Clinical Trial Educator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with research sites to develop study-specific action plans to accelerate recruitment
• Provide education to healthcare professionals and staff to reinforce study protocols
• Partner with referral networks to identify potential subjects for clinical trials
• Maintain and analyze customer records to customize strategies for pre-screening and enrollment
• Organize and hold group events to optimize program delivery
• Manage objections and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of specialty and disease areas

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or a related field
• Experience as a Registered Nurse or Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
• 1–2 years of prior relevant experience
• High flexibility to travel, including international travel if required
• Clinical competence in a relevant therapeutic area
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight and a solutions-based approach to problem-solving
