Clinical Trial Educator I

Responsibilities

• Develop study-specific action plans with research sites to accelerate recruitment and support procedural training
• Educate healthcare professionals and their staff on study protocols related to clinical trials
• Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants
• Maintain and analyze customer records to tailor strategies for pre-screening, screening, and enrollment
• Complete internal reporting and organize group events to optimize program delivery
• Address and manage objections effectively while staying current with technical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas

Requirements

• Registered Nurse, other healthcare professional, or Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Health Sciences or a related field, or equivalent qualifications
• 1–2 years of relevant direct experience working with research sites
• Fluency in both German and English
• High flexibility to travel, including international travel if required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across multiple functions
