Clinical Trial Assistant

Responsibilities

• Contribute to site activation by assisting with vendor system access, reconciliation, and staff training completion.
• Coordinate the printing and shipment of Investigator’s Site Files and necessary materials/equipment to sites.
• Manage the Trial Master File (TMF) by uploading documents on time and assisting with the Expected Document List (EDL).
• Support project management by providing requested data and tracking trial progress via CTMS updates.
• Assist with site maintenance, investigator payment management, and database lock activities during project close-out.
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, local regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or equivalent experience (degree in life sciences or related field preferred).
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (office-based 2-3 times a week in Singapore).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous clinical research experience (e.g., Study Coordinator or Clinical Trial Assistant).
• Experience in office management within an international environment.
