Clinical Trial Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day departmental and project support, including managing study supply inventory, orders, shipping, and filing
• Offer logistical support throughout study execution and closure phases, ensuring timely collection of necessary materials
• Manage the shipment and tracking of essential trial documentation
• Assist with the processing of vendor/site invoices and investigator site payments
• Coordinate and provide minutes for department or project meetings and conference calls
• Conduct quality reviews of documents and maintain databases or spreadsheets to compile reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or a health-related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Study Coordinator or Clinical Trial Assistant
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
