Clinical Trial Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Regulatory and Start-Up (RSU) teams with updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems, such as the Trial Master File (TMF).
• Support the clinical team in the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of clinical documentation and reports in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Perform periodic reviews of study files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with the preparation, handling, and distribution of Clinical Trial Supplies and maintain necessary tracking information.
• Coordinate the tracking and management of Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and clinical data flow.
• Act as a central point of contact for the clinical team regarding project communications and correspondence.
• May accompany CRAs on site visits to assist with clinical monitoring duties following required training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of administrative support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a good command of the English language.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in clinical research.
• Awareness of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
• Knowledge of applicable clinical research protocol requirements.
