About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for medical personnel across European healthcare institutions using simulators, drylabs, and wetlabs.
- Deliver internal training programmes to onboard and certify new internal stakeholders.
- Manage European training centre communication, bookings, equipment, and stock.
- Plan and execute refresher training programmes to ensure updated stakeholder knowledge.
- Document and report training activities and performance assessments in compliance with European regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Clinical or technical background in surgical technology, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in clinical training, medical device support, or OR-based roles.
- Working knowledge of MDR 2017/745 requirements.
- Fluency in English and either French or German.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
- Current, unrestricted right to work within the European Union.
- Experience with robotic or minimally invasive surgery is a plus.
