Clinical Training Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions for medical personnel across European healthcare institutions using simulators, drylabs, and wetlabs.
• Deliver internal training programmes to onboard and certify new internal stakeholders.
• Manage European training centre communication, bookings, equipment, and stock.
• Plan and execute refresher training programmes to ensure updated stakeholder knowledge.
• Document and report training activities and performance assessments in compliance with European regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Clinical or technical background in surgical technology, biomedical engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical training, medical device support, or OR-based roles.
• Working knowledge of MDR 2017/745 requirements.
• Fluency in English and either French or German.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
• Current, unrestricted right to work within the European Union.
• Experience with robotic or minimally invasive surgery is a plus.
