Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain clinical training curricula for investigational site staff globally
• Build and manage content within the Learning Management System (LMS), including assessments and completion tracking
• Develop and maintain the LMS backend infrastructure and support rollout of training modules
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions across time zones for site initiation and ongoing education
• Develop training materials including quick-reference guides and video content
• Track site staff training compliance and escalate gaps to the Sr. Clinical Research Manager
• Collaborate with Field Clinical Specialists and Biomedical Engineers to align training content with field protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in clinical education, instructional design, or training program management in a medical device, pharmaceutical, or clinical research environment
• Hands-on experience administering and building within an LMS platform
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and video production
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, FDA IDE regulations, and GCP training compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree
• Prior exposure to mechanical circulatory support, cardiac surgery, or implantable device programs
