Clinical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, performance-oriented training for new hire clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, STs, and MAs
• Document all training and maintain comprehensive training records for clinical staff
• Facilitate consistent process execution across all clinic locations within the Operational Business Unit
• Provide clinical support to centers that are short-staffed or require assistance with new hires
• Conduct Environment of Care inspections and submit quality reports
• Serve as a key resource regarding laser safety, maintenance, and company policies
• Assist with annual performance reviews and the preparation for AAAHC surveys
• Travel up to 90% to various clinic locations to support training and new clinic openings

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing (RN/LPN/LVN) program with successful state licensing
• OR graduate of an accredited surgical technology program (CAAHEP or ABHES)
• OR qualified Medical Assistant with relevant clinical experience
• Relevant experience in clinical training and/or an OR setting
• Ability to travel 75% - 90%
• Must live near a major airport

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Joint Commissions, AAAASF, or AAAHC accreditation
