Clinical Technology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surgical technologies to provide technical guidance to surgeons and staff during procedures
• Perform preoperative checklists, sterilization, equipment calibrations, and necessary documentation
• Load and transport surgical technologies to healthcare facilities, including driving and occasional overnight travel
• Practice safe vehicle operations, workplace safety, and laser safety techniques
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster professional relationships with healthcare partners

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with no major violations
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and manipulate medical equipment weighing over 50 pounds
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight travel
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
• Ability to meet medical facility credentialing requirements, including required immunizations
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, sit, and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in medical, EMT, Surgical Technologist, or military roles
• Experience working long days and unpredictable schedules
