Responsibilities

• Oversee mobile dental teams consisting of a Dentist or Hygienist and a Dental Assistant
• Manage seamless operations, scheduling, and stakeholder interactions
• Ensure compliance and top-tier patient experiences
• Support the team clinically and assist the doctor chairside as needed
• Drive team productivity and production goals

Requirements

• 5+ years of dental experience
• Dental assisting experience
• Ability to travel daily to patient locations
• Ability to lift and transport dental equipment and supplies
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company van
• Fluency in Spanish
• Familiarity with dental practice management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification
• Clinical chairside assisting experience
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare

• Base compensation ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 plus 20% quarterly
