Responsibilities

• Oversee mobile dental teams to ensure efficiency, compliance, and outstanding patient experience
• Manage seamless operations, scheduling, and stakeholder interactions
• Run the mobile team like a business with autonomy over decision-making
• Support the team clinically and assist the doctor chairside as needed and as state regulations allow
• Drive production and productivity through team motivation

Requirements

• 5+ years of dental experience
• Ability to travel daily with the team to patient locations
• Ability to lift and transport dental equipment and supplies
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company van
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with dental practice management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification
• Clinical chairside assisting experience
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare

Benefits

• Base compensation ranging from $75,000 to $85,000
• 20% quarterly incentive (depending on experience)
