Responsibilities

• Oversee a mobile dental team consisting of a Dentist or Hygienist and a Dental Assistant
• Manage seamless operations, scheduling, and stakeholder interactions
• Ensure compliance and top-tier patient experiences
• Travel daily with the team to patient locations
• Step in to assist the doctor chairside as needed and support the team clinically as state regulations allow
• Lift and transport dental equipment and supplies
• Drive a company van to patient locations

Requirements

• 5+ years of dental experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and transport dental equipment
• Familiarity with dental practice management software

Preferred Qualifications

• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification
• Clinical chairside assisting experience
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare
