Clinical TA Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, talent mapping, and offer coordination.
• Develop effective job postings and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search, social platforms, and professional networks.
• Build external talent pipelines through early-talent initiatives, career fairs, and university partnerships.
• Support talent branding efforts and social media strategies to increase engagement with clinical talent.
• Act as a TA advisor to hiring managers by providing market trends, compensation benchmarking, and competitive intelligence.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with global hiring policies, ATS requirements, and DE&I guidelines.
• Partner with HR and Compensation teams to support salary recommendations and internal equity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR function.
• Mandatory fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Experience with an ATS (Workday preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish oral skills.
• Experience recruiting for clinical or life sciences roles.
