About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support feasibility and investigator recruitment efforts
  • Drive site start-up activities including milestone planning and submission timelines
  • Review, validate, track, and file essential documents for investigational sites
  • Perform Informed Consent reviews
  • Prepare and submit Central EC applications and support Local EC applications
  • Manage eTMF ownership and study mailboxes
  • Provide administrative support including team training maintenance and meeting minutes
  • Support development and mentoring of junior Clinical Support Specialists

Requirements

  • Secondary education degree or equivalent
  • 6 months to 6 years of clinical research experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional level English proficiency
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally including overnight stays
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
