Clinical Supply Chain Senior Associate – Logistic Service Provider (LSP) Management

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for clinical Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to ensure reliable and compliant distribution of investigational products to clinical sites.
• Manage performance monitoring, quality records, and periodic evaluations for LSPs used in clinical trials.
• Support LSP audits, monitor findings, and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain audit readiness.
• Oversee financial processes including invoice review, purchase orders, quarterly accruals, and budget tracking.
• Manage shipping lane operations to support efficient and compliant distribution.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional partners to ensure alignment on LSP management and compliance requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with LSP facilities and partners to protect company interests.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Supply Chain experience.
• Proven experience in clinical supply chain or pharmaceutical operations.
• Strong understanding of GxP and clinical regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, with a preference for SAP.
• Experience leveraging process automation and AI-supported processes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English (both oral and written).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
