Clinical Supply Chain Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Support the Development Supply Chain Technologies (DSCT) team in managing a customized ERP system for distributing investigational products to clinical sites.
• Manage the intake process for ServiceNow tickets, including allocation and root cause categorization for metrics tracking.
• Monitor Clinical Data Quality reports to maintain SAP system data integrity.
• Oversee and update Clinical Customer Master data within SAP to ensure precise and timely shipments.
• Support root cause analysis, process improvement initiatives, and deviation management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams including Clinical Supply Chain, Quality, and DTI.
• Ensure all processes remain compliant with regulatory guidelines and Amgen procedures to maintain inspection readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP or Information Systems.
• Proficiency in SAP Order to Cash and/or Plan to Stock processes.
• Experience with information systems management platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in data query tools including Syniti and Power BI.
• Experience with process automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and basic artificial intelligence (AI) functions.
