Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality therapeutic services
• Collaborate with school leadership to integrate clinical and academic programming
• Supervise therapists through coaching, evaluations, and ongoing professional development
• Oversee student intake, assessments, and family engagement
• Monitor compliance, manage clinical documentation, and support conflict resolution

Requirements

• Master’s degree in social work or counseling
• Valid School Social Work certification
• Proven experience supervising clinical staff
• Experience providing individual and group supervision
• Strong knowledge of developmental theory and therapeutic interventions
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills in a school or clinical setting
