Clinical Supervisor for Nursing

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical instruction to groups of up to 8 students in healthcare or community settings
• Communicate clearly regarding instruction and feedback availability outside of regular course hours
• Promote best practices in nursing education and adult learning principles
• Deliver prompt and thorough feedback to students to support clinical skill development
• Work collegially with university faculty, staff, and students
• Adhere to all University policies, procedures, and mission-based standards

Requirements

• BSN with CNE or CL certification for clinical instruction
• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate degree in nursing
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Collegiate-level teaching or precepting experience
• Current unencumbered RN license in Washington
