Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance and supervision to staff, both in-office and in the field
• Ensure culturally competent, strength-based interventions
• Complete assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admissions
• Supervise staff delivering side-by-side interventions focused on problem-solving and skills training
• Oversee ongoing assessment of symptoms and responses to interventions
• Ensure all treatment plans involve the individual in their planning process

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
• Clinical license from Massachusetts (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
• Experience working with adults with severe mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts Drivers License
