Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight of Respite service delivery, including staff guidance and intervention modeling
• Complete intakes, assessments, crisis plans, and coordinate admission
• Oversee development and implementation of consumer-centered Individualized Action Plans
• Deliver direct clinical interventions and facilitate therapeutic and skills-based groups using CBT, DBT, and integrated dual diagnosis treatment
• Support staff development through training and clinical leadership while serving as on-call clinical backup

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Psychology or related field
• At least four years experience working with adults experiencing severe mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts drivers license

Preferred Qualifications

• Independent Clinical Licensure (LICSW, LMHC, etc.)
