Clinical Supervision Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly clinical supervision for 14+ mental health graduate-level interns, including individual and group sessions
• Supervise non-clinical graduate students and professional staff, overseeing hiring, performance management, and development
• Manage daily program operations and staff workflows to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Provide direct counseling services for up to 5 program participants, including coordination with families and faculty
• Assist the Program Director with budget administration, recruitment strategies, and programmatic growth
• Serve as a key liaison between the On Your Marq program and the Marquette community, local schools, and external organizations

Requirements

• Master's degree in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or an equivalent field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an LPC or CRC licensed professional
• At least 5 years of experience providing counseling or case management services
• Strong communication skills for presentations, written correspondence, and interpersonal interactions
• Proven problem-solving and information-gathering abilities
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate compassion for neurodiverse young adults and their families

• Experience working within higher education or an academic environment
