Clinical Study Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and resolve issues for assigned clinical studies or internal projects
• Hold planning meetings regarding study design, contracts, timelines, and data management
• Track project activities against schedules and orchestrate functions to remove roadblocks
• Establish project dashboards to show study phases, visual status, timelines, and risk information
• Run weekly Project Management and Study Scheduling meetings
• Facilitate discussions for issue resolution and drive consensus among experts
• Communicate status updates to project sponsors and Global Key Account Managers
• Suggest improvements to study execution processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or project management preferred
• 6-18 months of clinical research experience or equivalent
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Ability to use MS Project or other project management platforms
• Strong understanding of clinic processes and flow
• Ability to build consensus and communicate requirements effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize with minimal supervision
