Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative tasks including visitor reception, telephone switchboard, and mail processing
  • Handle office supplies, meeting room management, and supplier qualification
  • Conduct feasibility studies using databases and external contracts
  • Coordinate participant recruitment through telephone pre-screening and selection
  • Schedule participant appointments and manage investigator calendars
  • Manage participant indemnities and verify subject documentation
  • Assist with the archiving of clinical study files and documentation transfer to subcontractors

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac to Bac+3 program (Secretarial, Medical Administration, Management, or Health Coordination)
  • Strong organizational skills and respect for confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Interest in healthcare or clinical research is a plus
