Responsibilities
- Manage administrative tasks including visitor reception, telephone switchboard, and mail processing
- Handle office supplies, meeting room management, and supplier qualification
- Conduct feasibility studies using databases and external contracts
- Coordinate participant recruitment through telephone pre-screening and selection
- Schedule participant appointments and manage investigator calendars
- Manage participant indemnities and verify subject documentation
- Assist with the archiving of clinical study files and documentation transfer to subcontractors
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bac to Bac+3 program (Secretarial, Medical Administration, Management, or Health Coordination)
- Strong organizational skills and respect for confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Professional English proficiency
- Interest in healthcare or clinical research is a plus
