Clinical Staff Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily and monthly clinical staff schedules to ensure proper coverage and compliance
• Maintain caregiver shift preferences and availability in a scheduling database
• Supervise caregivers across all shifts, including PM, NOC, and weekends
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new caregivers
• Track and maintain associate licenses and certifications
• Provide updates to the Administrator and Director of Health Services on staffing and performance metrics
• Approve payroll and manage timecards for the clinical team
• Oversee budgeting, inventory, and ordering of clinical supplies
• Collaborate with HR and DHS on performance concerns and leaves of absence

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare scheduling, preferably with dementia-related care
• Familiarity with scheduling software and dementia care practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation
