Clinical Specialist, Vessel Closure

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical procedure and product expert providing case coverage in hospital settings, including Cardiac Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology Labs, and Operating Rooms.
• Support the complete Vessel Closure portfolio by providing clinical education and troubleshooting for Electrophysiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and hospital staff.
• Identify clinical needs and demonstrate how Vascular products can help physicians achieve patient care goals.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers.
• Deliver product presentations and in-service training using various formats to keep customers updated on the latest technology and therapy developments.
• Respond to customer needs and complaints by collaborating with sales, clinical research, and marketing teams to develop optimal solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-5+ years of related professional work experience.
• Ability to travel 50% within the assigned region.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience interacting with patients within a lab or operating room environment.
• Relevant technical certification.
