Clinical Specialist (RN - Vascular Access)

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support and education for Medication Delivery Solutions, focusing on vascular access products.
• Facilitate customer training classes to support product conversion and retention.
• Collaborate with the Regional Team to support customer engagements from pre-sale through post-conversion.
• Develop strong working relationships with end-users through product in-servicing and clinical education.
• Conduct Vascular Access Management assessment programs to support sales organizations.
• Manage regional training activities and provide regular updates to the Clinical Manager.
• Travel up to 70% of the time to meet clinical needs within the assigned territory.

Requirements

• Associate of Science degree in Nursing (BSN or science-based field preferred).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in ultrasound-guided procedures and vascular access devices (e.g., PICC lines, midlines).
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment, device selection, and insertion techniques.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced certification in vascular access or critical care nursing (e.g., CRNI, VA-BC, CCRN, or CEN).
• Strong understanding of infusion therapy and key disease states related to MDS products.
