About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent Medtronic Neuromodulation during surgeries and implants by providing necessary equipment and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate expertise in device selection, appropriate programming, correct implantation, and system testing.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on technical matters through one-on-one sessions and seminars.
- Provide clinical support, troubleshooting, and follow-up care for Pelvic Health neuromodulation therapies.
- Proactively identify account needs and assist in market development activities within the assigned territory.
- Support sales activities by completing documentation, such as implant registration and product orders.
- Maintain current knowledge of assigned products, services, and competitive offerings.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of clinical/patient care experience; OR
- Associate’s Degree with at least 4 years of clinical/patient care experience; OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2 years of clinical/patient care experience.
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 50% of the time) and occasional overnight travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
- Clinical experience with implantable Neuromodulation products or stimulators.
- Experience in urology, neurology, neurosurgery, or operating room environments.
- Proven ability to coach healthcare professionals on product use and clinical applications.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
