Clinical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical support for capital equipment setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Endodontics specialists.
• Lead customer onboarding by working hands-on with clients for their initial cases to ensure product success.
• Drive product utilization and consumable sales through in-service education, presentations, and clinical demonstrations.
• Act as a clinical educator, staying current on endodontic disease states, research, and industry technology.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dental office personnel and key decision-makers.
• Support sales efforts by participating in customer referral events, Lunch and Learns, and professional education activities.
• Collect and record HIPAA-compliant data for marketing, R&D, and regulatory purposes.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• 3 years of sales experience in a patient care environment is preferred.
• Advanced clinical knowledge of endodontic disease states, procedures, and technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
• Master's degree or global equivalent.
• Relevant industry certifications.
