About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide technical, educational, and operational support for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) products.
- Perform device checks, interrogations, and support implants in clinical settings.
- Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel, and office staff on CRM solutions.
- Partner with Sales Representatives and District Sales Managers to identify customer needs and support sales objectives.
- Manage consignment inventory, hospital documentation, and software maintenance on programmers.
- Provide on-call support, including evenings and weekends, as required by territory needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma + 6 years of healthcare or field sales experience; OR
- Associate's Degree + 4 years of healthcare or field sales experience; OR
- Bachelor's Degree + 2 years of healthcare or field sales experience.
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance.
- Ability to travel approximately 80% within the assigned territory.
- Ability to wear 7-9 lbs of lead for extended periods while in the Operating Room (O.R.).
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and meet physical demands of a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Expertise with Microsoft tools and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet various hospital and clinic vendor credentialing requirements.
