About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the business, building and sustaining credible relationships with customers.
- Provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to field inquiries regarding CRM products.
- Develop, lead, and facilitate training sessions and educational programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
- Support CRM Sales Representatives by providing additional back-up and clinical expertise in the field.
- Apply engineering skills to interpret and solve complex clinical problems in real-time environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years of related experience or certification from an accredited cardiac training program.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems and familiarity with cath lab and operating room protocols.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other personal computer skills for developing presentation materials.
- Ability to obtain certification in CRM products and travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
