Clinical Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting, and follow-ups within hospitals and clinics
• Establish and maintain positive business relationships with customers and patients
• Educate clinical staff on technical matters regarding Axonics products and therapies
• Partner with Area Directors and Territory Managers to drive sales growth and understand market dynamics
• Manage inventory for case coverage and trunk stock
• Complete patient care documentation in the Axonics Patient Care Management (PCM) system
• Participate in territory growth activities such as lunch and learns, community education, and seminars
• Maintain high levels of clinical, market, and product knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree highly preferred)
• Willingness to travel regionally (up to 50% travel, including some overnight)
• Confidence and professionalism in high-stakes clinical environments such as ORs and clinics

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the medical device industry
• Or a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in urology as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proven track record of being highly motivated and target-driven
• Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills
