Clinical Specialist, APVH

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level clinical service and technical support to implanters and clinical stakeholders to drive sales revenue and market share.
• Partner with Clinical Territory Managers (CTMs) to understand customer needs and support the promotion of Medtronic products and services.
• Lead technical in-services, presentations, and training sessions for specified customers.
• Manage field inventory, including cycle counts, monitoring stock levels, and retrieving expiring products.
• Collaborate with the broader team on quarterly business reviews, business planning, and clinical study activities.
• Communicate commercial and clinical intelligence to relevant divisional staff using Salesforce.com.
• Ensure all activities comply with local Quality Systems and environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, General Science, or a similar field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Clinical Specialist, in medical sales, Allied Health, or a Nursing background.
• Comprehensive clinical and technical knowledge, including the ability to interpret clinical papers.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel (less than 25%).
