About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a clinical resource and application expert for Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) customers.
  • Partner with field service, sales, and project management teams to facilitate solution design, configuration, and delivery.
  • Manage clinical implementation aspects, including workflow assessment, education planning, and equipment training.
  • Support first customer use and encourage ongoing adoption of complex monitoring solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and solve problems by applying product and clinical knowledge to technical implementations.
  • Travel approximately 90% within the district, including daily driving and occasional overnight stays.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment.
  • Clinical experience in ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, or PICU settings.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time, including driving 1-4 hours daily and overnight stays.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in adult education delivery.
  • Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications.
  • Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) certification.
