Clinical Solution Specialist (Patient Monitoring)

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource for patient monitoring customers, supporting the implementation and optimization of Philips solutions.
• Manage clinical aspects of implementations, including workflow assessment, creating education plans, and determining custom configurations.
• Deliver equipment and application education to various departments such as critical care, emergency, peri-operative, and NICU/PICU.
• Partner with Field Service, sales, and project managers to support go-live processes and ensure successful solution adoption.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems by applying deep product and clinical knowledge.
• Develop plans to support clinical workflows and optimize the use of complex monitoring technologies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in critical care environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (RN) with a current nursing license.
• Proven clinical teaching or in-servicing experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• High comfort level with technology, informatics, and networked clinical systems (EMRs).
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight approximately 80% of the time.
• Ability to drive 1-4 hours daily and manage work remotely.
