Clinical Solution Specialist - Patient Monitoring

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource and application expert for Philips Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) customers
• Facilitate solution design, optimization, configuration, and delivery of monitoring products
• Manage clinical implementation aspects, including workflow assessment, education planning, and equipment training
• Partner with field service, sales, and project management teams to ensure successful go-live processes
• Troubleshoot and solve problems by applying product and clinical knowledge to technical implementations
• Travel approximately 90% of the time within the district to support customer sites

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital environment
• Clinical experience in ICU, CCU, ER, OR, NICU, or PICU settings
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent licensure to practice nursing
• Willingness to travel 90% of the time, including daily driving and occasional overnight stays
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in adult education delivery
• Knowledge of Philips IntelliVue monitoring equipment and applications
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) or Virtual Certified Technical Trainer Plus (VCTT+) certification
