About the role

Responsibilities

  • Implement facility policies and clinical management procedures to ensure high standards of care.
  • Supervise clinical activities to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as accreditation standards.
  • Manage clinical staff, providing direct administrative and clinical supervision to Clinical Coordinators and Liaisons.
  • Coordinate clinical activities across disciplines to meet objectives outlined in the ADHS and RBHA Provider Manual.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to initiate training, mentoring, and performance improvement activities.
  • Serve as a mentor, coach, and teacher for staff, specifically regarding assessment and treatment planning.
  • Facilitate the integration of recovery philosophy and principles for persons with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) into daily practice.
  • Conduct clinical staff meetings to discuss goals, objectives, and resolve operational barriers.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related discipline (e.g., MA, MC, MSW).
  • Active Arizona Independent License as an LPC or LCSW.
  • Proven experience working with diverse populations, specifically those with Serious Mental Illness (SMI).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory position.
  • BLS certification.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license and meeting company driving policy requirements.
  • Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Clinical Coordinator role.
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Records, specifically NextGen.
