Clinical Services Manager (RN)

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to members of the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and clinic staff
• Ensure clinical competency of direct reports through coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Lead onboarding, training, and continuing education for nursing and clinic team members
• Monitor adherence to clinic and IDT service level agreements, regulatory timelines, and documentation requirements
• Oversee care transitions across settings to ensure continuity and safety
• Drive achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and support quality initiatives
• Maintain compliance with PACE, DHCS, and CMS regulations for audit readiness
• Support clinic operations by addressing staffing needs and workflow issues
• Provide direct clinical care including triage, emergency response, and wound care as needed

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• 3 to 5 years of clinical leadership experience
• Proven ability to supervise nurses, medical assistants, and frontline supervisors
• Experience implementing scalable processes in fast-paced clinical environments
• Experience working with complex geriatric populations
• Knowledge of clinical quality standards and regulatory requirements (PACE, DHCS, CMS)
• CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Experience overseeing care coordination, case management, or interdisciplinary team processes
