About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish clinical partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes management teams
- Deliver personalized training to patients on the proper use and care of Insulet products
- Oversee Certified Pod Trainers (CPTs) by providing product updates and serving as a clinical resource
- Drive product adoption by promoting the benefits of insulin pump therapy through clinical expertise
- Collaborate with territory partners to achieve shared sales goals and execute field activities
- Maintain data systems, such as Salesforce, to capture training metrics and inform education strategy
Requirements
- Associate degree
- 2+ years of related clinical experience
- Professional credentials such as CDCES, RD, RN, or PharmD
- Relevant state licensure
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience conducting clinical training or managing insulin pump patients
- Prior experience in a commercial role within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
