Clinical Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Establish clinical partnerships with endocrinologists, primary care providers, and diabetes management teams
• Deliver personalized training to patients on the proper use and care of Omnipod products
• Oversee Certified Pod Trainers (CPTs) by providing product updates and serving as a clinical resource
• Use clinical expertise to promote the benefits of insulin pump therapy and drive product adoption
• Collaborate with territory partners to achieve shared sales goals and execute field activities
• Maintain data systems, such as Salesforce, to capture training metrics and inform education strategy

Requirements

• Associate degree
• 2+ years of related clinical experience
• Professional clinical credentials (CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or other relevant certifications)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including regular local travel by car and occasional overnight stays

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience conducting clinical training or managing insulin pump patients
• Prior experience in a commercial role within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
